Internet access
Hi I really need some help. I bought a Dell Inspiron 11 about 7 months ago and it has never been right from the start. I am pretty disappointed and frustrated.
Whatever website I try to enter, every time, I get a message entitled This page cant be displayed'. I then have to keep refreshing the website name until it does come up but sometimes this may take 10-12 attempts. This is not an issue with my internet provider as I have called them and all other devices work fine and really quickly too.
I cant look at my internet banking, do internet shopping or basic tasks
Please can someone help me ?!

Hi,
A couple of quick questions. Which browser are you using to access the internet? Is it Internet Explorer or one of the others? What happens if you try to use a different browser? Do you see the same results?
Have you tried that system on other wireless networks? If so, do you see the same things happening there as well?
I'm assuming you're using Windows 8.1 on that system. What operating systems are you using on the other devices that connect to the router? Also, which brand, and model, of router are you using? Have you updated the firmware on that router lately? When you called your ISP did they walk you through updating the router?
Have you tried any troubleshooting on the Inspiron 11 such as updating drivers, etc? Here is a link to the Dell Networking & Wireless Support Center. You can find some great information on how to troubleshoot, and repair, wireless connections in that article.
Let us know the answers to the above questions and what you've tried so far to resolve the problem, and we'll see if we can find some other steps to try to help you out.
