Hello,
When you get that internet connectivity error are you connecting in via a network cable or through a wireless card? If it's via a network cable maybe the driver just needs to be updated.
If you're connecting via a wireless card then the basic approach to updating the driver is the same except there are multiple cards that you could have in the system. I don't think you mentioned which version of Windows you're running, but you can go to Device Manager and see which wireless card you have and then update the driver per the instructions above.
For the keyboard failure, is it a full failure of the keyboard or just the media keys? Try reading this thread and try some of the fixes recommended in it to see if those help.

Thank You Todd,
I will check the thread to see what it says I am running Windows 8.1.
The keyboard failure simply says Keyboard Failure on the startup and nothing works on the wireless keyboard. I can use the touch screen keyboard.

Hi,
Did you get a chance to check out that thread about the KM632? If so, did anything help?
