Internet connection constantly dropping off!!!

I run a small business with about 8 users connecting to our wireless. Mine seems to be the only computer experiencing this issue and it's only started in the last few weeks and seems to be getting worse. I connect to our wireless and everything seems fine but then, after a couple of minutes, I lose internet connection. I'm still connected to the wireless but have 'no internet access'. I ran the troubleshooting from the network and sharing centre and it can't find any problems. Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this and fix it? I rely on internet and it's driving me round the bend... Many thanks, Adrienne

Adrienne,

Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number, then select your operating system. Under Network, download and install the latest drivers.

Try these tweaks....

Start, control panel, device manager. Click on Network and then right click on your wireless adapter, left click properties, power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.

Go to the power options, and changed the Wireless Adapter Setting, from Maximum Power Setting to Maximum Performance.

I've made these changes and so far so good... I'll keep my fingers crossed today!

My computer behaves fine with my home wifi, it's just the office wifi that I experience problems with.
