internet connection

Hi
 
i'm unable to open my web browser even though  I connect to the internet. This problem occured after i installed and run an antivirus called Kaspersky.
i dont know if u can help me to solve this problem

I would consider uninstalling Kaspersky, and replace with a good free AVG.

Thanks 4 replyinng hary Uk, but that did not work i had to reinstall windows for the net to work. apparantly Kaspersky had messed with some files.
