Can you run IPCONFIG/ALL from Command Prompt and see if you have the following IP?

 

IP address = 192.168.1.xxx

Default Gateway = 192.168.1.1

DNS address = your ISP's DNS address

 

To launch Command Prompt, Start > Run: CMD

 

 

Have you also tried turn off your McAfee Firewall and reconnect to network?

Looks like your DNS address has been configured manually.... have you configured your DNS servers address correctly?

 

 

Below is the result from the ipconfig/all.  I've since my last posting allowed my PC to automatically set the DNS servers.  By the way, the DNS server settings is the same as my 3 other PCs that have no problem connecting to the internet.  I've uninstalled my McAfee Antivirus/Firewall/SPAM software; I uninstalled IE 7 and it still didn't work with IE6.  I've since reinstalled IE7 and it still does not work even without my McAfee installed.
