Internet disconnects by itself

Question

When I am on the internet, after awhile, it closes all of a sudden. What could be causing this problem? It usually happens when I close other tabs out, or try to click on a link. It takes forever to open also. Please help. Thanks!

Sounds like you may have spyware, I'd run a scan first to see if that was the cause. Try using ad-aware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com

I usually run a scan at least once a week. I will try it again. I just do not understand why it completely closes on me like that. It is very frustrating when working on line. Thanks for the help.

open internet explorer and click on 'tools'   click on 'internet options'   in the new window click on 'Advance' tab   in that window search for the option which says   'Enable Third party browser extensions'   it will be checked by default ., UNCKECK it   and then restart the system ..it will sometimes resove these kind of problems   revert back
