I'm having a similar problem. I went through an entire chat sequence and gave the dell support representative full control over my computer. The Rep did many different things, and then told me that they cannot solve it, and I need to get "Dell Solutions" which costs to start........ Bought my laptop a month ago and this is a constant problem for me.... Another way to screw the consumer in my eyes.

You have Windows 7. I see nothing on the LSPfix page that indicates it is compatible.
