You need to run a anti-spyware program such as Spybot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware. After, do a search on you computer for the file "winshow.dll". If you find it delete it.

Setter,

mhelms23 is probably correct in suggesting that the problem is due to spyware or internet parasites, as this is the most common problem with Internet Explorer being reported these days.  To make sure, when you get that error message you will see a link that says something like "show details of the report being sent to Microsoft".  Click on that link and report back on the AppName and ModName involved in the error.

Thank you.  Spybot S.&D. seems to have done the trick.  The file "winshow.dll" did not appear anywhere after the search ran.
