Internet Explorer Problem

Question

I am trying to get to a website, and all of my friends can get there, except for me. When I try to go to www.xat.com , nothing happens...literally. If I google it, there is a link, but nothing happens when I click on it. If I right click and tell it to open in a new window, the new window is blank and it will say connecting, but the circle in my browser is not swirling. I have let it sit like that for an hour, with no results. I have tried all I know to fix it. I have restarted, I have changed my internet settings, done multiple virus scans. Can anyone shed some light on this subject? Thanks.

Hello   Did you try the security tab then restricted sites and make sure its not listed? also when I have A problem like that I usally disable all firewall,spyware,virus software Just briefly to see if its the cause of the problem if you can access the site when all your security is off then theres your problem now you just gota find which one is blocking it.   hope this helps works for me   Mike

I just tried that and I still have nothing. It was on the restricted sites list, but it's off of there now. I have no clue of what to do here.
