You seem to be infected with the Flash Enhancer parasite. You can find manual removal instructions at the following page:
http://sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.flashenhancer.html
But, if you are infected with this, it is likely that you are infected with other spyware/malware/parasites. To clean up your system, download, install, update, and run Ad-Aware and Spybot and let these programs remove all of the garbage that they find.
http://www.lavasoftusa.com Ad-Aware
http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download Spybot
If these programs don't solve the problem, go to the following site and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis.
http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/
Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in the the forum at:
http://tomcoyote.com/forums/index.php
where a certified HijackThis expert can offer advice on how to fix the problem:

I went through all that stuff you mentioned,I deleted the keys from the registry for adware.flashenhancer, just as Symantec Securty Response said to do. ran ad-aware se, spybot S&D, and still the problem is still there.I've downloaded HijackThis, ran it saved the log. then I went to post it on TomCoyote Forums and it wouldn't let me post anything on it. I got this message: The error returned was:

You've posted in a very old thread. Without knowing what problem you're having and what operating system you're running, it's impossible to advise you. If you're running Windows XP, the Software/Windows XP board would be the place to post.
When you post in one of the Software boards, please explain the problem that's causing you to want to reinstall Internet Explorer in detail.
