Internet Explorer...ERROR
Hello everyone,
this is my first time here. I bought a new dimension a week ago.
...it gives me "INTERNET EXPLORER ERROR AND IT ASK ME IF I WANT TO SEND A ERROR REPORT TO MICROSOFT..." it is a box in the middle of the screen. it shows up whenever i close one of more windows i have opened.
hope someone understood what i explained.
please help me if you can.

This is a software problem rather than a network problem. You should post in the Software - Windows XP forum. But, when you post over there you will need to provide more information. When you get the error, click on the link to Show details of the error report. The write down the AppName and ModName involved in the error and put this information in your message on the Software - Windows XP forum.

thank you very much for your help and advice. i just didn't know where shoul i go and write it. i was aware that i'm not at the right place but i was hopping someone would help me.
i ran windows update and it helped. finally.
