Internet Links - Posted E-mails

Cannot see/connect to links on the internet
 
For instance I belong to an organization that I want to be able e-mail members but when I clip on their posted e-mail I have this problem or or get this message
 
"could not perform this operation because an e-mail client has not been set up"
 
I am sure it is just a setting that I need to change.
I was always able to connect before using XP
 
also seems that I may have a setting that I need to change after downloading "Dell Network Assistant"

I recommend uninstalling Dell Network Assitant.  It is full of bugs and causes all kinds of problems.  Hopefully you didn't pay for this.   Next open Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options.  Click on the Programs tab and make sure that Outlook Express is selected as your email program.
