internet problem

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with this internet problem.  We have Windows XP.  Recently, every time I surf the next, with each new page I receive a pop up that tells me that "There is a problem with this website's security certificate"  I have clicked the tools tab, lowered all security and unmarked every check under the certificate advanced tab.  Nothing seems to help.  Please advise
