Internet Sharin

I'm trying to connect 2 Dimensions together using an Ethernet Cross Over Cable so that they can share one Broadband Internet connection.

One Dimension which is connected to the broadband modem is using XP Home, the other machine is using Win 2K.

 

Anyone able to help?
