Internet Spy?

When I am connected to certain internet sites, if appears that someome is taking a picture of what I am doing, or spying on me.  There will appear an address on the bottom next to the "done" and a bar will fill like filling a screen from somewhere.  This happens approximately every minute and is so fast that I cannot capture it or make out what or where it is, but it is obvious.
Should I download something like "spybot" to help me out or just rely on McAfee for security?

It's unlikely (but still possible) you are being spyed on while browsing.  Are you sure you're not running any other sort of third party applications?  Is there anything running in your system tray (down by your clock)? Just to feel safe, you could run SpyBot and Adaware in safe mode as well as install and scan with Windows Defender (free beta).  Are you getting to the sites you need to go to, or are you being redirected to strange sites?

Thanks for your response.  I did not have anything running in the background at the time I noticed what was going on. Nothing was running in the tray other than McAfee.   I will download Spybot and Adaware (like I used on my old Dell).  I will also take a look at the beta software as well.  Thank you for your time and expertise!
