intregrated Wireless LAN missing driver

Question

I have a Dell Latitude D400 with intel centrino intregrated wireless lan, but do not have the relevant driver to enable it to connect wirelessly, i no longer have my dell driver disk and cannot find the correct driver on the internet as im not sure of the name of it! any help would be appreciated...

There are only 2, its either the Intel Pro Wireless or a Dell 1450 Wireless, both are on the support site.  support.dell.com.
