IP address conflict on Network

Hi,
When connected to my wireless router I receive a message warning about other computers on my network having the same IP address.  The other computers are connected to a wired router.  Is there someting I can do to alleviate this situation?  The problem it causes is that if I am connected to my wireless, no one else on the network can access the internet.

Thanks

Do all computers have their TCP/IP properties set to obtain an IP address automatically?  Look at the TCP/IP properties on each computer and make sure none are set with a static IP address.  Are you running any wireless security like WPA or WEP encryption or MAC address filtering?  If not, you should enable these features in order to prevent someone from outside from gaining access to your network.
