ip address problems
have tried everything I can read and lookup to fix my IPaddress with no luck Please sombody Help me!! It is aInspiron Laptop 6000 laptop,I treid ipconfig /release,ipconfig /renew ,I restored it 2 times,I clean the hard drive up ,reset my modem and the laptop,turn off fire wall and we did it all again,I am lost about what to do next ,Please Please help!!!

Try running Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here.

I just use disk cleanup and disk defragmeter , thanks p.s. I not will good with the computor,but I try!!
