IPNATHLP event 30013=error
Been trying to fix this error for days now. Pops up several times a day in event viewer. Anyone know how to fix it?
The DHCP allocator has disabled itself on IP address 172.16.0.1, since the IP address is outside the 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 scope from which addresses are being allocated to DHCP clients. To enable the DHCP allocator on this IP address, please change the scope to include the IP address, or change the IP address to fall within the scope.

Yes, change the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0. But the problem is that ICS is acting as a DHCP server and the router is acting as a DHCP server. You can't have two DHCP servers on the same network, but I'm not sure how to deal with this because I don't understand how this USB adapter is supposed to work. Try changing the subnet mask and see if that helps.
