Is dell suplied modem v92 capable

My service Tag: 1FQXK71

I can't get my modem on hold  (MOH) feature to work correctly. Was wondering if the Dell supplied modem had V92 capabilities which is needed for MOH feature.

Thanks

To answer your question... Dell modems are V. 92 capable.

What computer do you have? What modem do you have? What happens when you try to use MOH? What have you done to try to get it to work? Have you enable MOH through the control panel?

Does your ISP support the V.92 protocol?
