the first thing I would suggest is to empty your temporary internet cache files.

if using IE then go tools>internet options>temporary internet files>delete

Ok, i did that. The flash player is working but not the Java 2 runtime.

is the java enabled for IE under start>set program access and defaults?

What do u mean under start? that option isn't under the start button.
