Sorry for not replying sooner, but I have been out of town.
I received a message from Mircosoft on Thursday that there was a "patch" to download if I was using Service Pack 2. It was concerning Viewpoint in the "Search the Web" tool bar.
After I downloaded the "patch" everything I was having problems with was working normally.
Thanks for emailing me with that info. I can't find the link to download anything from microsofts' website. Would you please forward that information to me.
I guess I'm in the dark about how I exactly got a hold of the "patch" for the Service Pack 2.
One day I turned on my system and there it was asking me if I wanted to run it.
It had something to do with my "Search the Web" in the Tool Bar which changed the looks of the Tool Bar and added "Viewpoint" to it, which includes "Visual Bookmarks", "Pop-up Bin" and "Search Results" links to it.
I hope this helps you. I would think that if you requested a Service Pack 2 Patch from Mircosoft that they would be able to help you. But I have heard recently, from reliable sources, that it is getting more diffcult then ever to receive help, that you can understand, from them.
