Keep Getting Error "Default Gateway Unavailable"
Hey there,
I'm on a Dell 546MT (Windows 7 Home Premium) with AT&T Broadband internet (2Wire).
My internet drops out 20-30 times a day and I have to troubleshoot my connection in 'Network and Sharing Center'. It always resets my adapter when the troubleshooter goes into the 'resolving problems' phase. After that, it always says that my 'default gateway' was unavailable.
How do I fix this?
Thanks.

No, it's not an AT&T problem.
Many users -including me- report the same problem when connecting through different routers.
In my case I experience the same issue at my office, my home, and in several cybercafes - all of them have different hardware.
On the same locations, non-Dell laptops work without a flaw while I have to disable / reenably my WiFi adapter many times a day.

I have the exact same problem. It is driving me crazy. I have a Inspirion 15z I am getting so feed up with this. I am close to buying a new laptop and not another Dell. Any help would be much appreciated!
