You might want to post your message in the Software - Other Software forum. This forum is for networking issues and does not get as much traffic as do the software forums.
Try Removing the Kodak Easyshare Software from your Add/Remove Programs. At that point you can try re-installing it or, better yet, just connect your camera and use the Windows wizard to upload your photos. We found the EasyShare Software to be non-productive. If the software never installed try running the CD again.
