Just get yourself a wireless N modem router :emotion-55: The wireless N card in your laptop will then connect to the router, providing your internet access.
You're on the right track for a router there though.
Linksys ("by Cisco") are my preferred manufacturer, and my elder son and I both use their funky little WRT160N Wireless-N ADSL2+ Modem Router.
Neither of us had any problem setting them up, nor have we had any problems with them since.
They really are quality products :emotion-11:
But there are quite a few different models of course - at varying prices, so if you decide to get a router, have a look at the products on their website, then shop around for the best price on the one which catches your eye.
Regarding the differences between G and N: Google is your friend if you need more info, but in a nutshell... N is faster than G - which is why all the wireless cards in Dell laptops are now wireless N :emotion-5:
