Latitude D505 and D-Link Wireless
Hello,
I've got an Lattitute D505 and an D-Link -614+ Wireless Router. The router are supposed to work with all wireless modems.
But I can't get the my PC to detect the Router. I know the router is working properly because I can use it with other PC's, but I can't get it to work with my D505.
Could it be a problemn with the internal wireless card in my D505 or is it the Router? Anyone got any experience with this?
Regards,
Hockey

i have vague exp.
did you use the dlink setup disk that came with it?
if not then your network configs need to be reset manually so the dlink is your default connection.
if so then try uninstalling and then reinstalling and pay attention for questions like "do you want this to be your default connection"
and last but not least after reinstalling go to network connections in your start menu, and check the config. manually. make sure it is configured correctly
