Latitude D610 Wireless Issues

Hello all,

I am wondering if I can get some help. I have a Latitude D610 laptop, and downloaded a Blackberry Desktop Software on it last night via CD. After the software was completed, my system had to restart, and when it came back up, my wireless was gone. It is now not finding any networks in range. I hit refresh, and now luck. I hit FN F2 and turned the radio on and off, and that didn't work. I went into all programs and found Intel Pro Set Wireless, clicked on that, and it is saying there is no network adapter. Someone suggested I go online and download the wireless drives from Dell's website, but I have NO clue which one to select. Also, I am having to use a jump drive to download the drives since I have no internet on my laptop. Any suggestions. PLEASE HELP!!!

Easiest fix--Use System Restore to go back to before you installed the blackberry software. It must have taken over your Internet connection settings. I assume you already rechecked your Internet connection and Network settings. The blackberry might have made itself the default wireless connection.

You could try going to Network Connections and setup your Internet connection again using your ISP's instructions if the connection has really disappeared.

Edit--Are you sure you should be installing Desktop Software at all on a laptop?
