Latitude D620 Network Card Problems

On my dell D620 I am having a problem with my network link going down and then most of the time comming back up.

My log looks like this:
Type Time Source Event
Information 10:38:29 tcp/ip 4201
Warning 10:38:27 b57w2k 4

This can occur up to 30 times a minute.

It normally happens during network intensive tasks ex.(downloading updates, game, etc.)

A few time it has not come back up and I have to restart the computer.

I downloaded the newest driver and it still happens.

It happens with the dock and with out it.

Please help!!!
Thanks!!!

Try opening Network Connections, right clicking your Local Area Connection, selecting Properties, clicking on the Configure button, then on the Power Management tab, and removing all check marks.

It is possible that it's overheating, but network cards should be designed to deal with network traffic over long periods of time.  The only way you would know is to install a different network adpater.

Thank You for the suggestion. I tried unchecked the the box saying allow the computer to turn my card off power saving. The time it really gets put to the test is at LAN parties on the weekends. So it will be a while till I get to test it. The other thing to note is that it can usually make it till like 1 or 2 am starting at 8 until it starts acting up so could it be possible that it is overheating???

So this problem is not a windows problem. I dual booted Ubuntu on it and after it had been on for a while it started doing th same thing. Link up, link down.
