Latitude D620 Wireless Internet Browsing Not Working

I have two D620 that are experiencing the same issue. When hard wired to the network everything works just fine. When connected via the Intel wireless minicard i cannot browse the internet. It connects to the AP just fine, grabs an IP and DNS settings as well. i can ping websites via IP addresses but it will not resolve names ie. www.yahoo.com. I ran Winsock repair utility and they still will not resolves DNS. I hard coded the DNS entries and it still will not resolve the names. I updated the drivers to the latest version, still no help.

Does anyone else have any other ideas.

To help troubleshoot this problem, unplug the ethernet cable, since we are looking for problems with wireless, and go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.

Thanks for repsonding but the laptops is elsewhere right now. The wireless card does grab an ip, gateway and both DNS entries from the AP Router. It doesn't matter what type of AP it is connecting to: SonicPoint, Linksys, Netgear, with WPA, with WEP, or completely open. I can ping any website by their ip address, but the browser cannot resolve the names when using the wireless nic. I have removed IE and tried installing IE6 and IE7 and Firefox. I knew this was a waste of time becasue the laptop works fine when it is plugged in but i was getting frusterated.

I even used static entries for IP, GW, and DNS and it behaves so the same way. But as I said before, once it is hard wired, everything is normal. I do have extended warranty and completecare but i hate to deal with returning them right now. My next test is putting in a different card in the PCMCIA slot to see if the internal card is actually broken. At that point i would have to return them but i am trying to exhaust all other areas first.

What are the odds that two computers are acting the same way? These laptops have been recently reloaded so i know they are not infected with any virus or malware.
