latitude mini pci drivers

Question

Help, Had to reinstall O/S.  Do not have resource CD for Latitude C600 with windows 2000.  Having trouble installing drivers for 3 com Modem/ lan no 6F553.  Have down loaded and tried to install drivers from Dell.  Windows does not recognize.  Have followed directions for reinstalling without CD-rom.  Was able to download and install other hardware drivers OK.
