Limited or No connectivity Message

I could use some sage advice. Out of the clear blue my wireless has stopped working. I have an Inspiron 8200 running off of a Dell brand wireless router which works fine but I get a message that it has "Limited or no connectivity", even though if also says excellent signal. Now I know the wireless is working still because my work laptop runs just fine off of the same wireless router. My local ISP Brighthouse has referred me back to Dell support.
I tried to get into the myrouter.com page from the dell laptop and I can't even do that even though the laptop is temporarily up and running off a direct cable. I'm not even sure what to do if I got there. Any suggestions or any more information I can provide to get assistance would be terrific. thanks in advance.

Try power cycling the router and the computers.

It is a bit unclear from your first message - did you say that you can connect the 8200 sucessfully to the internet if you connect to the router with an ethernet cable?

I've tried that. The router has been unplugged several times to reset it. The laptop has been restarted several times as well.

Yes. I can connect wireless with another laptop. I can also connect direct to the web if wired into the router directly. I noticed another post about doing a spyware check and then running winsockfix. I have Panda software that blocks viruses and spyware. I just ran winsockfix and rebooted. Lets see what happens...

...Ok I'm back in and it appears at first glance that it worked and that wireless is now connected however when i go to use Outlook or IE the web is still not connecting properly. Message received is still "this page cannot be displayed". Rebooting a secdon time...

...Zilch, Nada, still not connecting even though now wireless shows as Connected.

Again, I'd appreciate any advice. thanks

To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.
