Linkage picture problems on some websites

I don't know if this is the place to ask.. On Dec 22/03 my isp had server problems. Ever since then when on the internet pictures on some websites don't show up and links bring up an alert in Netscape 7.1 that says "the document contains no data" (in IE 6 "website cannot be found" comes up...so not a browser problem if it happens in both). Clicking on "home" or other bookmarks takes me nowhere. I have to shut my browser down and start again before I can continue. Could this be some settings on my computer? I think it's a server problem with my isp, but they deny it when I contact them. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

PS It seems to happen much more after I visit delphi forums.

Try empying Netscape's cache. You may have cached some bad data during the problem with your ISP's server. Another possibility is that your ISP is running a caching server, and *they* cached some bad data during the problem.

If you hold the "Shift" key down and click on "Reload", you'll bypass your cache, and perhaps theirs as well.

Thanks Jim, I tried empytying the cache...still having problems. I've contacted my isp several times and they deny anything is wrong at their end. So frustrating. If anyone else has any ideas I'd love to hear them. Thanks.
