Local Only

I just purchased a E521 with Vista Premium and upon restart or waking up after sleeping my network connection goes to Local Only.  I need to disable and then re-enable my Broadcom 440x NIC card for it to get internet connection again.  Dell support has no answer and Broadcom won't take my call.  Help!!!

Is there a driver available for the NIC card? You may wish to reinstall a fresh version.

another idea...  check your bios or wlan nic for "wake up on lan" setting, i have seen a simular problem with an winxp system.
