Logging in

Question

Hello .  I have got and tried the Password Reset Disk that I had from before, and it is not working. I need help urgently, as otherwise, I cannot log in to use my system. How do I resolve this minor setback to allow myself to log in to my computer. My boot up disk does not seem to work either. WHAT DO I DO?
