Well, if you have a local provider it will not work.
I recommand Bellsouth it's cheap and you can dial up anywhere in the US just call can give a zip code they almost always have a number.
Some hotels offer free dial up or dial up for a fee or free DSL service or a small fee.
I go everywhere on my Inspiron and I dial up, I live to far in the woods to get DSL service. A free 6 month ISP is only free for 6 months what r u going to do after 6 months?
