Something happened...I can't connect using my wireless connection. How do I restore to default settings? Thanks.

what type of router and card are you using?  What changed? If you are using security on your router try to disable it?

Thank you for responding. I've had no luck reaching Dell on the phone. I have a Microsoft router. I took my computer on the road, but don't remember changing any settings. When I returned home, I was unable to connect wirelessly as I had been able to do easily before leaving. Is it possible that by connecting on the road some of my settings were changed? Thanks - Marc

If it was working fine before you went on the road, More than likely it put the wireless network you were connected to to the first prefered network, I would go into my wireless utility and remove it and if that doesn't work you can reconfig your wireless on your notebook. I don't know what type of utility you are using but if you are using windows xp click start>control pannel>network and internet connections>network connections>right click wireless connections>view avalible wireless networks>select your network and hit connect or configure
