Does your computer connect to other networks? I mean, will connect to wireless network at a hotspot like a coffee shop or at an airport or maybe even a wireless network in a friend's house?
I need some private information to assist you. Click my username, click Add as Friend, in the blank area provide your service tag and email address.
Do not send any information such as your service tag to any poster that is not a verified Dell moderator. Dell moderators do not need to be tagged as a Friend. You can click on their names and send a Private Message directly on their Profile page. Your tag and any other personal info are not necessary for getting an answer from users here on the forum. This is a user to user forum, not Dell Support.
