To remove McAfee completely, use the McAfee Removal Tool then restart your computer.
There are free virus programs out there, so you here from others. I use FREE Avast Home Edition Just the virus program. You register for a license, good for 1 year, FREE. At the end of the year, register, it's FREE. Continuous cycle. It also has a GREAT Real-Time scanner.
