Memory failure 110L

Hey guys,  i have a Dell Latitude 110L, when i start it up it says that

"MEMORY WRITE/READ FAILURE AT 4F7E0184, READ 7A917E91 EXPECTING 7E917E91.MEMORY ADDRESS LINE FAILURE AT 4FE0000, READ 7E917E91 EXPECTING 81818181. MEMORY WRITE/LOAD FAILURE AT 1000123C4, READ EB00EF00 EXPECTING EF00EF00." strike F1 to continue or F2 to start with the previously configuration, then i cant go to the windows menu, the laptop was too slow, so i bust more 512 RAM and a wireless system, when i connected the usb ploter to the laptop it acused a error and it started over, and when i was connecting to msn it accuse a Windows Platorm error, then it coulndt find a system file, so im confused trying to solve those problems, anyone can help me?

Hope someone give me a support.

and sometimes enter other screen accusing other memory error, what should i do? even boot menu i cant enter...

Sounds like a memory chip failure or an incompatible stick.. Try replacing the memory  with one known good good stick and see if the problem repeats. One thing I've learned is to use a brand and configuration of Dell tested and approved memory. That way you'll avoid potential read/write errors that can sometimes happen especially if you're using off-brand memory.

Nuckinfutz's answer is a good one and may solve your problem.

One more thing that you can try is to update the BIOS on your system.  It's a longshot that this will solve your problem but it's possible...  Go to this page, download and install version A08 of the BIOS:
