Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error - C:\Program File

Hi  ....

New user to the community and require technical help   -  can anyone assist with the above issue, I have tried using the Dell support service with no luck (keep getting caught in a loop with no access).  This is not the only problem my computer is experiencing but I think this was the root of "all evil".

Your help to a very unexperienced technical user would be greatly appreciated.
