Follow Step 5 and 10 to download and install the drivers. If unsure provide the hardware IDs of any unknow devices (Step 12).

As suggested by natakuc4, you may share the ‘Device ID’ for ‘Network Controller’. Please follow the steps below:

• In ‘Device Manager’, right click ‘Network Controller’.
• Click ‘Properties’.
• Click ‘Details’.
• Search for ‘Device Instance ID’.
• Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.
