MIssing WIFI driver for Inspiron 15

I received a refurbished laptop from Dell as a replacement computer and it works great except no WiFi.  The standard driver (1703, 1705 or 1704) does not work or even install.  After many calls to dell for many hours, I found out it is because the wireless card was replaced in the refurbishment.  Dell support on the phone told me to Google a driver for the Atheros 802.11n but me and my IT staff can not find it.

It is a driver for PCI\VEN_168&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_02)C1028&REV_01

Can someone tell me where to find it?  It is not on any Dell web page or Qualcomm's web site.

Thanks!  I will try it.  Military blocks download sites, but I will find a way.  That way I can Skype with my kids since I am with the military overseas.

I had an older model laptop that could not be repaired even after Dell sent someone to the house twice. So they sent me a relacement that was a refurbished machine.  Ravi took care of it all.

I have written to Mr. Michael Dell directly and mailed it today. I am not going to tolerate being sent a replacement computer that does not work and then being shaken down for money to fix something that should have worked right out of the box.
