Hi BlackCoated13,

I suggest you to check if the Wireless WLAN is enabled in the BIOS in Wireless Switch and Wireless Devices. To load the BIOS screen start tapping the F2 key at the Dell logo. You can refer the picture provided below for further assistance.



You will also need to check if the wireless card is being detected in the Device Manager by pressing the "Fn + F2" keys and install the drivers for it. The latest drivers can be downloaded from the following link by punching in the Service Tag and by clicking on "Drivers & Downloads" tab:

No. The BIOS for set the Wireless key button is ON.

And also I downloaded from install/uninstall the software from DELL Drivers and software for Network.

And I already did tremendous times of any software related to Wireless such as Intel(R) WiFi, install/uninstall process and still has no WiFi.
