A mobile broadband card is an expensive option.  Laptops do not come standard with these cards as each service provider  requires thier own card.  If you did not order this option with the computer, then you do not have one.

So if I want to installed this card i'll just request to the service provider to install it?

You have a choice.   If you know which service provider you are going to use, you can order an internal card from Dell that is specific to that service provider.   The service provider may also be able to provide either an internal card specific to their system or an Express Card (that fits in the Express Card slot on the side of your computer.   Once you have the card, then you will have to contact the service provider for activation.

All of the mobile broadband providers also offer an USB device option. If you think you might want to use the account on more than one laptop, this is a more flexible option.
