Mobile Phone sync

Question

I can't get my phone to synchronise with my Dell Latitude D410 - can't even turn bluetooth or infrared on to be honest, anyone got any tips, or should I just sack my IT bloke?

**Press Fn and F2 to enable the radio for wireless bluetooth on the system and then u can enable it and after doing it..you can rgt click on the bluetotth icon and continue with the required operation u wanna  do.
