Modem connect/disconnect not available

Hello,

            I use a Dell Truemobile 1150 on my inspiron 8200 (Win2K). I am able to connect using the wireless link, but the client manager displays a warning message repeatedly "Modem connect/disconnect not available". Could someone help me with what this message is about? I searched the dell forums without any luck...

I wonder if you ever found the answer to your question. My Truemobile 1150 just started giving me the same message.

Warning: Modem connect/disconnect not available.

I dont' connect via a modem! I've tried everything.

This has worked fine for 2 years until now.

Sorry - I never got that issue resolved - I did have to reinstall my OS a few months ago and the problem hasn't recurred since then...
