Modem Driver Test Failed
This weekend I was unable to access the internet at home. I ran the Dell Modem Driver Test Diagnostic Tool. I receive the following message: "Test failed - Output Code 03". Any ideas? Does this mean my modem has died? HELP!

Doing a little research, I found out Code 3 means...
The driver for this device might be corrupted, or your system may be running low on memory or other resources. (Code 3)
Go to Drivers & Downloads, enter your service tag number. Download, in your browser, the drivers and reinstall the device.
