modem installation disk
Dell Document #RG1081251 lists instructions for reinstalling modem. When I insert drivers and Utilities disk for modem do not get screen to select Utilities, Modem Drivers or Phone Tools.

Can you tell us what does happen. Also, just to make sure, is this an 8300 system and was XP the original operating system installed.
