The key is to make sure you ONLY have v.92 numbers selected in your dial up list. NetZero frequently told me new numbers were available, but I just hit "Cancel" so it didn't add the non v.92 numbers to my list.
And... with NetZero, make sure in the dial up settings (in the Dial Up Location menu area) that you DO NOT disable Call Waiting. For more information, look at their help page here -
http://www.netzero.net/support/access/change-access.html&client_type=hy - scroll down and you will see information about disabling call waiting. Make sure on your computer you have checked NO when it asks if you want to disable call waiting.
And... make sure your MOH software is enabled... I have heard rumors of it being disabled when some internet software is installed... I have never verified that has ever happened, though....
MOH does work with NetZero - at least it did for me. Good luck.
