Modem Part Number
I have a USR Modem in my PC. Trying to find a description of the modem so that I can download a driver. The card has a Dell P/N of 0002513E on it. After using my service tag and many hours going thru parts on line there is no recognition of this part number anyplace on the Dell website. Yet this is a Dell P/N. This situation is true for ALL other cards installed in my PC. The Dell P/N listed on them does not show up anywhere. How do I find out what these cards are????
